We can route based on rep availability if they are out of the office and set fallback teams or users. But not yet the ability to do this based on specific meetings. IE if the rep is in a meeting during time of routing they will still be routed the lead at this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment When a rep leaves and he has been sending emails to customers with his link or signature, we want a way to redirect those links temporarly, to avoid losing potential prospects.
An error occurred while saving the comment When a rep leaves a company or get promoted, his Chili Piper link will be broken, if the admin could redirect temporarily the links of the person who left or in long leave like maternity leave or so, we would still capture the meeting

My customer uses Event "Type" and other fields in the Event itself, and needs to develop a Salesforce workflow to update those fields upon meeting booked..
If Chili Piper offers the possibility to update directly those fields it will simplify the process
