  1. When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

  4. Need to add ALL logs that were available for Concierge Live in Legacy to Fire. The lack of this logging is causing an inability to understand or troubleshoot issues and call routing in Fire, post migration.

Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals

  6. SMS responses were available in Legacy but not in Fire. This was used to ensure that if an SMS response goes out and someone responds that the rep is able to see that.

  9. Right now, using the JS options, we can write to custom fields on the event object (or activity object really). It would be nice if there was a way to do this with router links as well because some customers would like to write to UTM's on the event object and it's complex to make that happen.

  10. While email alerts are great, I sometimes don't check my inbox for a couple of hours at a time. A chrome notification, similar to what you have for Instant Video, when certain things happen would be great. The ability to customize which notifications I get would put a cherry on top.

  11. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  12. Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

  13. When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.

We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  15. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

  17. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

  18. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  20. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.
