  1. Right now, using the JS options, we can write to custom fields on the Salesforce Event object (or activity object really). It would be nice if there was a way to do this with router links as well because some customers would like to write to UTM's on the event object and it's complex to make that happen.

  3. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  5. When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.

We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  8. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

  9. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  11. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  12. I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.

    Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team.   13. Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

  17. Calendly has a feature that allows multiple people to vote on what time a meeting should be. This is very useful when trying to coordinate calls with multiple people with busy schedules, and it would be great if Chili Piper offered this same functionality.

  18. Currently it is only possible to reassign one meeting at a time as an admin. It would be useful to reassign multiple meetings at once. For example, when one rep is leaving the company their existing meetings need to be reassigned to other reps. Having the ability to reassign all of their meetings at once would be very helpful for offboarding.

  19. Allow the ability to see which opportunities compose the meetings scheduled/cancelled within distributions. If an admin wants to see which 3 meetings cancelled within a distribution for an AE, for instance, it requires a manual search.

  20. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.
