Ability to Deactivate My Workspace as Org Admin - Prevent users from creating or using personal templates
We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.
You can now enable or disable if your users are able to create their own personal scheduling links as a Chilical admin using user controls - more details here

Admins should have the ability to default override a person's meeting type tied to their personal meeting link for standardization. If reps have flexibility in some cases to change it this throws off reporting for the admin if other workflows in systems are dependent on the meeting type that is logged

For reporting purposes, it's a lot easier to control (particularly with larger teams) when the reps only use global meeting templates.

We would like to make it so non-Admin users are not allowed to create their own Meeting Types, Guest Forms or Reminders. This would allow for enhanced reporting (since there won't be random personal meeting names) and would enforce unified messaging. Sales reps shouldn't be able to make their own Meeting Types and Reminders that don't align with the Organizations brand and messaging.
