  1. I would love to be able to delete users from Chili Piper without having to delete them from user reports in Salesforce. My reasoning behind this would be that not every admin in Chili Piper is also a Salesforce admin, so it would empower CP admins to be able to remove a user when turnover happens instead of having to reach out to multiple people to accomplish this task.

  2. I no longer have a reason to leave Flow Builder when creating a router BUT it's not possible to duplicate the first rule that I created and then edit it without opening up Rules in a new tab, duplicating, making my changes, and then returning to Flow Builder. Could we have a button per the attached screenshot that would allow me to duplicate and immediately jump into editing my new rule?

  3. Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.

  4. We've had several cases where someone accidentally changes a ruleset or something within a router, or worse, they change it without realizing it.

A save button would prevent this and give users more confidence when editing queues or routers. I assume this would also help give historical data regarding what was changed, when, and by whom, which would also be of great value.

  5. We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.

  7. Right now when a HubSpot field is created, the label associated to this field can be changed in HubSpot but the API name will be forever the same (you cannot change it in HS). If a customer creates two fields with the same name in HubSpot, in our Chili Piper form the dropdown will display both fields with the same name and it's impossible to know through the UI which one is the desired one. It can also cause a conflict in the backend when we don't actually know which one of them we should try to match with the…

  8. Currently the {!CP.Meeting.Time} dynamic tag is not available in Meeting Types. You can manually type it in to get it to work, but when the meeting is rescheduled the text for the time doesn't change from the original time. This would be very useful for giving customers more clarity on when their meeting is scheduled for, especially for scheduling in-person meetings.

  9. Show the meeting titles/names in Instant Booker so you don't have to look in GCal or Outreach. This would be helpful for BDR's that are trying to schedule on behalf of an AE when the calendar is full and they need to see if there is a meeting type that they can book over.

  10. Not that I don't love getting in touch with you guys, but it'd be a lot easier if we could buy licenses by clicking "Buy Licenses."

  11. When using Chili Piper router links or queue links, Chili Piper utilizes the forms built in Chili Piper, which reference the CRM fields that the form is mapped to. Many of those forms have picklists. Currently, there are no way to edit those picklists in-app. There are situations in which editing those picklists in-app would prove valuable. For example, with an outbound campaign, it could be useful to edit a "Country" picklist to only include the relevant countries to which the campaign is targeted.

So the ask is simply the ability to edit the picklists for CRM-referenced fields in forms…

  14. I'd like for AEs to be a group, SDRs to be a group, etc. So that I can manage all the different queues and their membership more easily.

  16. When doing audits of which user is assigned to which queue, it would be extremely helpful and a major time-saver if I could export a sheet of all queues (ideally see which are active vs. inactive) and then have a column that shows the names of any and all users who are assigned to that queue. Currently I have to click into each queue separately and scroll down to see who is assigned...

  17. This would allow us to make sure we're only maintaining the Meeting Types that are in use without having to click into each one, try to delete it, and then hit an error.

  19. If I have 1 AE who needs to be assigned to 4 different queues I have to select queue 1, add the AE. Select queue 2, add the AE. Select queue 3, add the AE. It would be easier if I could go into the AE's profile and add queue 1, queue 2, queue 3, etc.

  20. Need ability to distribute licenses to a large group at once rather than individually add license type (handoff, concierge) to each user and to bulk assign their proper workspaces
