Visibility rules for workspace assets
Option to hide assets (particularly meeting types) on a per user basis even if they should be able to see everything else in the workspace. Main use case that surfaced this is ability to test meeting types' copy, subject lines, etc. and preventing reps outside of the pilot scope to accidentally use and muddy the data. Increasingly harder when you have a large sales team and no amount of training/enablement would prevent it from happening entirely.
This can be done with Meeting Types/Scheduling links in Fire. First, you can prevent users from creating their own Meeting Types in User controls. Second, you can select who can see the Meeting Types and scheduling links you create. You can decide to share them with certain teams or the entire workspace. I've attached a screenshot.
