Descriptions vs Icons

I find these new icons in the left menu confusing. At the very least, when I hover over them, can I see the name of the section?

I especially find the icons for Dashboard and Reports to be confusing as there are not any graphs in the dashboard section: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gueWjxN
