An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

  2. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  4. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  5. Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

  6. Forresters team has multiple assignees that meet with clients. They would live to give the client the opportunity to mark one of multiple assignees as optional with the goal of viewing more availability.

We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  9. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  12. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  13. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  15. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.

  16. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  17. If SF fails to update for whatever reason, it'd be great to have a notification to the impacted assignee to manually update the record, or create a way for Super Admins to export these errors en masse.

  19. Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.
