Allow reassign Meetings booked with a Personal Link
Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

Add aria-label description to ChiliCal scheduler close icon button
There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.
Adding an
aria-label="Close"
(or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.Element selector: <button display="inline-block" text-decoration="none" type="button" cursor="pointer" data-test-id="ModalCloseButton" data-chili-css="ModalCloseButton" class="sc-duSInm sc-jrrXlR eVmrDv itsiPJ">

Don't send Did Not Book notifications to contact owner when submission is disqualified
We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

Allow Shared Activities setting from CP
Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.
WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

Nested Drop downs in meeting type lists within personal page configuration
When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

Bring back the licensed (de)activated by & date fields!
Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

Google Meeting acceptance
When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

Admin notifications when a meeting fails to sync to Salesforce
An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

Localize Reminder "From" email
I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.
Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages). This may…

Allow Admin to Set Available Timezones
Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

SMS response emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action
Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""
