  2. Booker Slack Notifications

    The Chili Bot Slack app should also notify the Booker when a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled or canceled. This is critical for both the Booker & Host to be on the same page about meetings scheduled with Chili Piper so our customers have a seamless experience with our company.

    Integrate with other SMS providers, not just Twilio. Take a look at ClickSend instead :)

  4. slack notification for text replies

    It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  5. Automate No-Show toggle update with native Zoom integration

    We would like to automate the no-show toggled if no external participant joins the Zoom call. This would massively increase reporting accuracy and reduce AE workload

  6. Improvements to Slack Integration

    It would be a huge quality of life improvement for the Slack integration to be updated. Right now we send a Slack message to a channel which:1) Tags the meeting assignee2) Tags the Lead/Contact owner3) Includes event details (date/time/meeting type)4) Includes meeting context (we ask for additional details on the marketo form used for Concierge routing)Right now this process is managed via Zaper (which is really cumbersome -- see https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/several-improvements-to-zapier-integration)It need to maintain 3 different Zap workflows – one each for existing leads, existing contacts, and net-new LeadsIn addition to the Slack alert replicating my functionality below, being able to…
