  1. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

  2. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

  3. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

With the flow builder, you can decide whether to add the create and update nodes to your Router, which will allow you full customization.

  4. Add a trigger in the Zapier integration when a call is cancelled. This would be useful when sending calls to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

  5. We're using the Zapier integration to log the event's assignee and start datetime to use in marketing nurture & reminder emails and texts. Right now we're defaulting to EST as that's where our HQ is, but it would be great to customize the email based on the timezone the meeting was booked in, therefore the prospect's timezone.

  6. We setup our Instant Booker to display the titles of our Outlook events, but thought Instant Booker would respect “private” Outlook events. We would like Instant Booker to display the time blocked off, but not display the titles of “private” Outlook events.

  7. For large companies with multiples Workspaces, having this information available as a custom field in Salesforce can greatly help with our reporting at a level larger than Router or Queue name.

  8. Would be cool to match them. I mean, if a certain meeting type is booked through CP, setup the fact that the meeting type that is logged in Hubspot dedicated field

    HubSpot Admins!

Chili Piper now writes to the “Meeting Type” property on Meetings created by CP in HubSpot! The name of the associated Meeting Type in Chili Piper will now appear on newly created Engagements in HubSpot.

  9. Ability to pass specific values to Salesforce fields from a form submission without having to create form fields and mapping them to a Chili Piper form where we put the field as hidden and assign a value to it.

You can use the Field update node to update and pass any information to your CRM. Gif attached.

  10. CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM

  11. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical. It seems as though this would be an easy and incredibly valuable add since it's already built into other notifications and would resolve a big pain…

This is available in DCP booking notifications show 'See prospect in CRM'

  12. Presently, if a licensed user is not connected to SF and is booking meetings with their personal booking link, Events won't write to SF. We'd like the ability to leverage the SF global integration to write Events, even if the specific user isn't connected to SF.
