  1. When you schedule a meeting from Outlook using the plugin, EVERYONE on the email gets added as a required guest. The Booker's role in the meeting is controlled by the meeting type/meeting link settings, and adding the meeting booker as a guest creates an extra step of needing to remove the redundant email address.

    For example, when I am scheduling a basic 30 minute meeting between myself and some other people from an email chain, as the Booker I'm the meeting owner. It doesn't make sense for me to be included again as a guest. If I'm scheduling a Round…

  2. Very often, customers set themselves to "Out of Office" in Outlook and they expect to not receive bookings on their calendar. Right now, Chili Piper only sees "busy" as a block but it would be nice if Chili Piper also saw "Out of Office" as busy as that is normal practice for companies.

  3. When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.
