  2. Display chili piper booking icon on profile page of Gong Engage. Currently the Chili Piper booker icon is only available if you hover over a profile within Gong Engage, but not when you're actually on the profile page. The users of Talroo will be on the profile page.

  3. If a Hubspot is the CRM used with Chili Piper, Hubspot Calendar Sync must be turned off in order to not get duplicate meetings created by Chili Piper. Not everyone can do this as calendar events can often be created outside Chili Piper and need to be logged into Hubspot. The forces someone to either turn of calendar sync which will cause them to loose meetings or turn off event creation in Chili Piper which will cause them to loose important meeting information sent from Chili Piper.

There should be an option to avoid this. Perhaps a way to sync…

  5. Would be cool to match them. I mean, if a certain meeting type is booked through CP, setup the fact that the meeting type that is logged in Hubspot dedicated field

    HubSpot Admins!

Chili Piper now writes to the “Meeting Type” property on Meetings created by CP in HubSpot! The name of the associated Meeting Type in Chili Piper will now appear on newly created Engagements in HubSpot.

  6. Today - if we set CRM actions to not create engagements in Hubspot, ChiliPiper doesn't update the Contact owner
The 2 actions shouldn't impact one another. This forces us to keep engagement creation on, so both ChiliPiper and our GCal integration create an engagement in Hubspot - and all CP meetings create Hubspot duplicates

  8. For large companies with multiples Workspaces, having this information available as a custom field in Salesforce can greatly help with our reporting at a level larger than Router or Queue name.

  9. We're using the Zapier integration to log the event's assignee and start datetime to use in marketing nurture & reminder emails and texts. Right now we're defaulting to EST as that's where our HQ is, but it would be great to customize the email based on the timezone the meeting was booked in, therefore the prospect's timezone.

  10. Allow for other people to be listed as event booker in CRM (DCSF). I am an SDR and I have an Account Executive pairing. I would like to be able to send my pairing's link while then being able to still get credit on the meeting as the event booker just as you are able to with the Gmail integration.

  11. The ability to insert proposed meeting dates/times into the gmail email draft is great, but also very limiting as we use an email management tool to manage our many gmail inboxes. Therefore, we do not have access to using the Chili Piper chrome extension.

Obviously an integration with our email management tool would be ideal, but another way around this would be if we could create the proposed meeting times from within Chili Piper.com, copy the selected dates/times then we could paste them into the body of an email.

For Instance, maybe in the Instant Booker tool, not only be…

  13. CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM
