Update Leads/Contacts option in CRM Actions
CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM

Don't auto-change name of contact or other details such as phone number (only add the event and associate it with the contact). Overwriting previously entered details is causing problems (such as "STEVE" or "steve" when personalized mass email blasts go out).
