Checkbox Trigger to Return No Shows back to the Bookers name as the Contact/Lead Owner
ex: SDR books a meeting for the AE and a no show for the meeting is marked - it should auto notify the SDR and return the lead/contact back to the SDR's nameAnd SDR should be sent a notification of the no show

Optionally Allow Admins to Log Meetings as Tasks
Some companies use Tasks to report on meetings created rather than the Events object. This would cover use cases to handle reporting for admins in the case they use Tasks and prevent them from needing to know how to create fancy process builders to manage this in sfdc.

Automatically Add Contact Roles to an Opportunity
Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity. Edit suggested times
Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

Show all additional guests & their response status on the event in Salesforce
Right now, only the main guest and their response status is tracked on the salesforce event. However, there are frequent situations where there are additional guests other than the main guest and host added through instant booker and who also receive an invite. Visibility into each of those guests' names as well as their specific response status would be a huge win.

Automatically create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked
We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.

Pass the SF username when Reassigning or Cancelling an Event through Salesforce Button
If an user goes to an event in Salesforce and reassign the meeting or cancel it, we don't have any way to know who did it there. We need to have a way to track it, and passing this username internally would be the best way instead of trying to modify the Updated By field.

Launch CP in SF objects with email fields, not just Leads & Contact pages
A customer uses a SF object with an email field and the calendar icon doesn't populate because we can only see Lead or Contact pages.

Populate SF Case details when booking via Online Booking
Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

Find Opportunity related to Contact instead of Account
Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

Copy URL from Suggested Times
You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

Events: option to add notes after a meeting
After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

Ability to NOT offer "view full calendar" after suggested times by default
Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

Use multiple Google Calendars
As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

Routes - not updating SF contacts
It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

Attach events to closed opps in salesforce
We'd love the option to have Chili Piper relate an event to a closed opportunity, especially in scenarios when we are using a smart booking link with that opp ID. This is helpful when we have a prospect return to us after being closed lost. We also have team members who work out of closed won opportunities (sale is final, but product needs to be delivered).
