API for data reporting
Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

This would be a massive help. It's extremely restrictive to only host this data in extremely siloed reports. Need to process this information in an internal database and chilipiper is the bottleneck.

Chili Piper has a lot of useful information as to what happens when someone attempts to schedule that is only available in the history on the dashboard. All of our other reporting is driven out of our data warehouse. We really need an API to be able to ingest this information, or need you to push even more detail into the Salesforce records so that we can get it through the event record.
