An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Shedd commentedAt the very least, admins need visibility over the full range of settings that a user has control over, such as via an impersonation mode. However, the ability to globally control these would be best.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Shedd commentedChili Piper has a lot of useful information as to what happens when someone attempts to schedule that is only available in the history on the dashboard. All of our other reporting is driven out of our data warehouse. We really need an API to be able to ingest this information, or need you to push even more detail into the Salesforce records so that we can get it through the event record.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Shedd commentedLead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Shedd commentedIt's frustrating that we have to give a user full administrative rights to view reports. If someone only needs reporting, they don't need the ability to every aspect of the product.
We lost a day of calls because somehow Salesforce disconnected itself. :( It was properly connected this morning. Then it mysteriously stopped working. But when support looked, it was properly connected and working again?!
We have also had issues in the past where our Twilio integration disconnected and we had no idea for weeks.
Given the criticality of these integrations to the overall experience, Chili Piper must do a better job of monitoring these and alerting when they disconnect!
