Don't buffer our buffer meetings
There needs to be a way for Chili Piper to recognize that a time slot on someone's calendar is a buffer, and allow leads to schedule right up against that buffer instead of applying the meeting buffer to that buffer meeting. Placing a buffer only before OR only after meetings helps to reduce the impact of this gap, but it still doesn't solve the issue.

Time buffers for multiple back to back meetings
Rather than including a time buffer before and/or after every meeting that is booked, enable a time buffer only after multiple consecutive meetings back-to-back (i.e. give a 15 min buffer after 3 meetings in a row). This allows for a much greater number of meetings booked in a day, but still allows for some rest periods so a day is not 100% back-to-back

Dynamic Tag for Meeting Duration
Dynamic Tag to be used in Calendar Invites and Reminder emails that pull the Meeting's Duration. Even if duration is adjusted when booking via Instant Booker. Our customers will often times ask how long a meeting is scheduled for.

Max Booking Limit Per Time Slot
It would be extremely beneficial for in-person event specific settings to allow users a max limit of bookings per time slot. This would allow a user to host a fixed amount of guests per meeting slot without having to physically block their calendar after a certain amount of 'Free Availability' meetings are booked.
The current workaround is using multiple user's calendars for events which is an inconvenience when it is only one user hosting an event with several guests per time slot.

Update Time dynamic tag
The Time dynamic tag has rather odd formatting as [day of week], [month and date] | @ [time and timezone]. As is, it appears as an error in our system.
The "|" combined with the "@" is rather redundant and I believe the best way of handling it would be as "[day of week], [month and date] at [time and timezone]" instead.

Cancel Meeting and Reschedule Later
When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

Automatically pull in conferencing information into meeting types
It is very frustrating for customers to have to add dynamic tags for Zoom and such every time they want to create a new meeting type. This can be especially frustrating when trying to train new reps on Chili Piper. While the admin-created meeting types may have the correct tags, rep-created ones may not if they forget. It would remove a lot of confusion if there was an optional setting to apply automatically apply conferencing information to each meeting type. Calendly has this functionality I believe.
