Add Date & Time field to appointment confirmation text options
When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have it available in the confirmation email as well.I understand that it seems a little redundant to put this in the email confirmation, since the attached .ics file will have this; however, some people may receive the email confirmation in an email system that is not able to look into the .ics file to show the date and time. However, if the email is forwarded without the attached .ics file, then the forwarded people will not receive the date and time info. Also some people may not have an email reader that is able to review information within attached .ics files. There are more and more people using systems like Proton mail, Vivaldi email, and more systems like them that function ONLY as email and have no calendar functions attached.
