Recurring Meetings
Currently with Chili Piper we are only able to use the solution for the front end of longer lifecycles with our prospects and customers. Our more complicated deals where we need more data (i.e. how many meetings do we need to close a deal, renew a customer etc) have to be booked outside of Chili Piper given the product that doesn't support recurring meetings. Garnering adoption with a new tool is never easy but given that my AEs can only use the tool some of the time makes that all that more impossible.

We are missing the data and tracking of 99% of our client success meetings because their meetings are recurring and this feature is not available, thus making our Chili Piper booked meetings numbers for Client Success look extremely low (and therefore not creating ROI from our use of Chili Piper).

We need a way to have customers set up a recurring quarterly account review.

Recurring meeting types is critical for our teams functionality. When helping our clients with marketing and revenue generation, we need to be meeting monthly and even weekly to help our clients. This recurring function would relieve a lot of scheduling headaches for our executive assistant, as well as supply accurate reporting for our quarterly KPIs.

It would be awesome if Chili Piper offered the ability to set up recurring meetings. I work in Customer Success, and part of my role entails hosting quarterly business reviews with customers. It would make scheduling these and setting them to recur every 3 months more seamless.

This is very important to how our CS team functions! We have a number of customers who request recurring meetings on a weekly/monthly basis and having to manually send calendar invites can be a hassle.

As my SaaS company's Product Discovery Manager, I'm building a Continuous Discovery program for our Product Managers and Designers to have a lightweight and continuous touchpoint with a select group of participating users for design and product feedback. The mission for this initiative is to forge a direct connection with our users, transforming their insights and experiences into meaningful product and design enhancements.
The commitment for each participating user is two 15-minute feedback sessions per month between Jan - Mar 2024.
The intended process: I want participating users to receive one link that they can click, find the best 15-minute time slot, choose it, and Chili Piper books them for that time slot bi-weekly between Jan - Mar. Essentially setting up automatic bi-weekly recurring meetings using a single initial booking.

This is a critical feature for our team. We have a lot of account management support with regularly occurring weekly meetings. Right now, the level of effort is absurd to maintain a recurring meeting and creates a lot of confusion for our customers. Its a terrible user experience and it would be great if CP could prioritize this feature development!

Create a meeting series: This would allow users to schedule recurring meetings, such as QBRs in bulk in advance, as has already been requested. But ideally also allow for multiple meeting types with various hosts. Ie: meeting series "new customer" it prompts the end user to schedule a kickoff call with the CSM+ AE, then, prompts them to schedule a launch call with CSM, then a recurring QBR meeting with the AE...either launched all at initial scheduling or automatically trigger sending booking link for next meeting type/meeting attendees once previous meeting is marked as "held"
