Reminders not sent from reminder@chilipiper.com
Option to, instead, have reminders come from the assignee or booker

What would be ideal is that the from name is the Asignee's name as its "booked by them" - on top of this it would be great if you can remove or allow us to remove the "Sent via ChiliPiper" that's automatically added at the end of the email. The emails look very unprofessional

CP team, please send an update on the single most requested feature on this forum. Your customers have spoken, please provide an update on where this stands on the roadmap. By and large the 2 most requested features on this forum and from what numerous CP sales reps have voiced are the ability to send reminders from our email address and Double Round Robin, please provide updates. Thank you in advance!

Please please please. it's the only truly sloppy thing about Chili Piper as far as I can tell. I don't even need to change the reply-to address per se, if I could just brand the display from name that would be better. (not sure how that impacts deliverability though)

Customers almost always think this email is spam. Even my colleagues who get the email are confused.

It is confusing to get an email reminders from "Reminder" contact. Rather you should be able to set a reminder to come from the person who booked the meeting.

This feature would be great to have. We have customers who think they are spam sometimes.

This is important for many customers as they would prefer to brand their reminders, ensure prospects that they are the ones sending the reminders. Prospects are already sensitive as it is, and we don't want to ruffle their feathers by confusing them on who their getting a demo with.

I've had multiple customers looking for this feature as well

One of the main reasons my sales team HATEs Chili Piper is the confusing reminders that come from RANDOM bot, rather from the person who booked the meeting.
This feature is simply incomplete and needs to get some attention.
Please fix.

Would also like the option to send the reminder email from a centralized inbox, ie appointments@.........

get this feature URGENTLY!
It's super basic, and now it just looks like we're sending our clients a reminder about a meeting with chilipiper instead of with us -

Customer facing reminders can ONLY come from Reminders@chilipiper.com and I'd like to be able to use our own company level email like reminders@projul.com at minimum.
Ideally I'd like to be able to have each reminder email come from the meeting assignee's personal Gmail account so that everything is personalized and our customer's aren't confused by this random chili pepper that they have no context for where it came from.
