Also advocating for a mobile app, in our case we would require push notifications sent to the mobile app for any booking or reminder responses, as well as the ability to respond from the mobile app. This would streamline chilipipers incoming and outgoing messages and allow for more efficient response times and prevent missed messages within the clutter of an email inbox.

It's imperative that end users have the ability to cancel and reassign users, not every user is in charge of handling their own appointments, our end users assigning and booking appointments need the ability to cancel/reassign users. Giving an end user admin permission to achieve this is not a scalable solution.
