CP team, please send an update on the single most requested feature on this forum. Your customers have spoken, please provide an update on where this stands on the roadmap. By and large the 2 most requested features on this forum and from what numerous CP sales reps have voiced are the ability to send reminders from our email address and Double Round Robin, please provide updates. Thank you in advance!

Also advocating for a mobile app, in our case we would require push notifications sent to the mobile app for any booking or reminder responses, as well as the ability to respond from the mobile app. This would streamline chilipipers incoming and outgoing messages and allow for more efficient response times and prevent missed messages within the clutter of an email inbox.

CP team, strongly recommend looking into a Front integration, they are gaining lots of traction in the non-traditional support desk and chatbot space.
