  1. Currently when a meeting is scheduled there is only a confirmation sent via email to the customer. It would be very useful to also be able to send an SMS confirmation with the time of the meeting right after booking, especially for clients booking in-person meetings.

  2. Currently when prospects reschedule a meeting, the meeting is not accepted automatically unlike when they first book. This causes friction and confusion for the prospect and they often miss meetings or wonder when a meeting will be.

  3. Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.

    There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.

    Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

  4. Provide suggestive booking times that prioritize "clustering" calls so that reps don't have big gaps in their call schedule.

    Example:

    • Charles likes to take 15-minute calls back to back. No buffer.
    • Tony books the first 15-minute call at 9:30am.
    • Bruce goes to book a call and instead of getting to pick from any 15-minute slot in the entire day, is first recommended to book a call at 9:45am or 10:00am. If neither of those times work, there is a “show more times” button to give Bruce all the options.

  5. Other calendar tools have the ability to put buffer time around meetings so they can't be booked right next to each other, but without creating an event in the calendar. My reps have reminders for meetings, but they're getting reminders for buffers which isn't needed.

  6. Add a reminder feature for post a meeting where if the meeting is marked as No Show, the guest receives a an email to reschedule.

  7. Even though the Asia/Singapore timezone does work for the Malaysian timezone, we'll prefer to have the MYT timezone added so it's easier for users to search for this.

  8. Hi y'all!

    Problem: We don't work on weekends and the current availability options are only set to use "Days." This poses a problem on Fridays and cuts out 2 days from the selected time window.

    Solution: Allow for more customization with availability range. With the understanding that some companies leverage CP to book over the weekend, perhaps allow us to check the days of the week we'd like the availability to use? Or start with "Week Day" as phase 1 and move into the selector for phase 2.

  9. Right now, there is no option to create an external label for meeting types - they automatically use the internal name.

    This is difficult to manage: I want to be able to easily keep track of which meeting is which internally.

    At the same time, I don't want prospects to see "30 minute meeting - internal label" when they select a meeting type or in the booker URL.

    Therefore, it would be brilliant if meeting types could have a different internal name and external label.

  10. I'd like to mark calendar blocks in outlook as tentative for heads down work (a MS viva best practice... and generally a good action). This way internal colleagues know I'm working and can try to accommodate

    BUT... I'd like external clients (who I prioritize) to be able to book over my tentative blooks (obviously still not booking over 'booked' blocks) through chillipiper

    I wish Chilipiper could show tentative as available.... and in a perfect world, show them as a secondary choice after the primary options.

  11. I'd like to insert a dynamic tag in the subject line of the invite - it just identifies the time and timezone. Those sales folks who are scheduling meetings in places outside their time zone, and the lead who may be traveling to a different time zone, it just reminds them, while the meeting is in their current timezone, once they are at the event, it will appear in the new timezone clearly.
    THis is mostly for tradeshow events.

  13. Want ability for booker to be set as auto-optional rather than auto-decline. Use case is SDR's sending out campaigns in outreach using queue links and themselves as booker, when client books it looks rude for SDR to autodecline immediately when they've been having the communication with the prospect

  14. Allow the BDR/XDR who is scheduling the meeting, to also edit the details of the meeting (change the time, add/remove guests etc.) without being invited. Foreseeably from their dashboard.

  15. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

    Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.

    Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

  18. We should have the ability to format with bullets/numbering, bolded text, etc in Chili Piper invites the same way we do in Google Calendar. This is especially helpful for setting call expectations such as templated meeting agenda items.

On the screen where users select the time they want, it would be incredibly beneficial to have additional ways of indicating AM/PM since we have seen many users around the globe who often miss the AM/PM designation. One option would be to configure the page to show times in the 24 hour clock format instead of the 12 hour. Other things you could do if showing the times in the 12 hour clock format are add morning and evening icons to the tiles and/or differentiate AM/PM tiles by giving them different background colors.

  20. When a meeting is reassigned, we currently don't move the reassign meeting data to the contact/lead (meeting type, utm parameters). We should move this data to the contact/lead as it's now the current event data.
