Trigger an Email When Meeting Booked
Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?
Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if the placeholder sent over works for the prospect's schedule, dynamically pulling in the rescheduling link. The SDR can be cc'd or bcc'd to assist or help troubleshoot availability.

This would unlock a ton of bandwidth and improve everyone's experience.

As soon as they book, I would like to send prospects both the meeting invitation, and also a separate confirmation email. The use case for this in the number of attendees. My company teaches our customers in live virtual training sessions, and customers book training through Chili Piper. When a representative from one of our customers books we send an invitation, but the invite is sometimes forwarded to 300-400 other attendees. The meeting invitation currently has a link to cancel or reschedule the meeting. However, I don't want one of the hundreds of general attendees to be able to cancel/reschedule, because it would cancel the event for everyone. If I could send the meeting invitation, as well as a separate confirmation email, then this would resolve the issue for us. We could send just the information for joining the meeting in the invitation, and we could provide cancel/reschedule link in the confirmation email. This would allow the person who booked the meeting to cancel/reschedule, and the other attendees could not.Currently our only workaround is to send a reminder email 10-days before the event. However, some of our customers book 45 days in advance, which means they would have to wait up to 30 days just to have a way to reschedule or cancel their meeting.

Confirmation emails should be available on router-booked meetings. This should be either dedicated functionality or added as "template" for reminders, with the ability to configure it relative to the meeting book time.
