Work Day Availability - Allow for more customization
Hi y'all!
Problem: We don't work on weekends and the current availability options are only set to use "Days." This poses a problem on Fridays and cuts out 2 days from the selected time window.
Solution: Allow for more customization with availability range. With the understanding that some companies leverage CP to book over the weekend, perhaps allow us to check the days of the week we'd like the availability to use? Or start with "Week Day" as phase 1 and move into the selector for phase 2.

Rolling Calendar Block
Prevent meetings from being scheduled for “the morrow morning” if the client is selecting the meeting time in the evening (let’s say no later than 6pm) prior.
The minimum scheduling notice (MSN) is not sufficient for CP users who are meeting with people from distant time zones.
I am based on the east coast of the US. If I set my MSN to 4 hours, then someone in Europe (at 9am their time, 3 am my time) can schedule a meeting with me for 8am my time (2pm their time) while I'm still asleep. This is inconvenient.

Auto- Optional for booker rather than Auto-decline
Want ability for booker to be set as auto-optional rather than auto-decline. Use case is SDR's sending out campaigns in outreach using queue links and themselves as booker, when client books it looks rude for SDR to autodecline immediately when they've been having the communication with the prospect

Allow booker to edit the details of the scheduled event, but not be included on the invitation
Allow the BDR/XDR who is scheduling the meeting, to also edit the details of the meeting (change the time, add/remove guests etc.) without being invited. Foreseeably from their dashboard.

Ability to select a domain for invite to come from
We recently merged 3 companies under 1 domain. We would like the ability for our reps to be able to choose which email domain their invite comes from when inviting a prospect to a meeting.

Reschedule Should NOT Count For Booking Limits
Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.
This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

Update queue order in Instant Booker
It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often. Better Visual Differentiation between AM and PM
On the screen where users select the time they want, it would be incredibly beneficial to have additional ways of indicating AM/PM since we have seen many users around the globe who often miss the AM/PM designation. One option would be to configure the page to show times in the 24 hour clock format instead of the 12 hour. Other things you could do if showing the times in the 12 hour clock format are add morning and evening icons to the tiles and/or differentiate AM/PM tiles by giving them different background colors.

Reassign information posted to contact/lead in SFDC
When a meeting is reassigned, we currently don't move the reassign meeting data to the contact/lead (meeting type, utm parameters). We should move this data to the contact/lead as it's now the current event data.

Show queue meeting levels in Instant Booker
Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue. Lock down how far out we can schedule
When someone is using the chilipiper extension or instant booker, be able to lock down how far out the reps can schedule a meeting. If we change the meeting type to schedule only within the next 3 days, only allow them to schedule within that timeframe not out further.

Timezone default for instant booker
For reps that only work in 1 timezone, needing to manually change it each time to suggest / insert available meeting times is pretty cumbersome.

Multiple queues linked to one meeting type
It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

Ability to "correct" erroneous email submissions
We've been running into an issue where certain prospects are submitting their email address with a "+" at the end (i.e. johndoe@gmail.com+), causing errors with Salesforce event creation (as SFDC does not allow incorrect email addresses and automatically corrects them). It would be great if we could utilize ChiliPiper to "correct" these submissions after the fact, so that ChiliPiper does not error out when trying to create the event.

Show date and time booked in instant booker final screen once booked
Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)
