An error occurred while saving the comment We would love the ability to skip an ownership queue if the assigned owner isn't available for the next 3 days. While we try to prioritise ownership, our reps can get quite busy and so it would be best for the customer experience if they automatically skip the ownership queue and fall back to a round robin if unavailable.

We would like to be notified if concierge pushes an error (such as the recent error 500) to the console so that we can pre-empt issues if they arrise.
