  2. When working with 50+ queues due to large territories or broad teams/larger organizations, updating queues becomes a tedious and time-consuming task. It would be great if you could group queues together, and change a queue setting or add/remove a particular rule from the entire group at a time. Alternatively, you could select from a list of queues which to update, and trigger a mass update without a specific group defined.

Want ability to pause a rep in queues rather than individually remove from each queue. the main issue is with such a large sales org, there are a lot of instances where reps either forget to mark their calendars as OOO or unexpectedly have to go on leave, and the only solution for us is to completely take them out of each of the RR.

  5. Many customers look for deduping in their routing software to help keep their CRM data as reliable as possible. For example, LeanData offers deduping. We have seen many Distro cross-sell opportunities fall through because Distro cannot do deduping.

  7. Imagine you have an ownership queue that has both a rule for Account ownership and Contact ownership with rules logic of "1 OR 2". Currently if there is a match for both rules, the assignee is chosen based on who is first in the physical order of the reps in the queue's assignee list. This means that if the Contact owner is listed first they will be assigned the meeting even if the Account owner matches and the rules logic lists the Account ownership rule first. In cases where competitors come inbound and attempt to waste our time this can be a nice to have feature that eliminates any possibility of a person on an excluded email domain from being able to schedule a meeting with your sales reps via Concierge - it would be a simple list of email domains that can be manually added or imported via CSV
