  1. Add "See in CRM" button within My App. This would allow the Assignee to quickly view the account ahead of the meeting, rather than having to include the SFDC link or account id in the Guest facing meeting invite.

  2. In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.

    There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.

  3. For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

  7. It would be useful to reorder the meeting types listed in the ChiliCal Scheduler. Today I believe it lists them in the order created and there is no way to reorder them.

  9. Give the ability for users to disqualify meeting invitations from pre-defined domains by users for their links. This is currently supported in concierge, it would be interesting to have a similar setting for personal links.

  12. There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

  13. When rescheduling a meeting it no longer uses the Assignee name in the title, even if there's a dynamic tag. It just says "meeting with"

  15. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  16. Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming

  17. Ability to change the default workspace for each user. Currently the default workspace is visible to all users, but we want certain groups of users to have a different default workspace than others. Ex: We want the sales team's default workspace to be the Sales Workspace and the CS team's default workspace to be the CS team.

    Our rep when building out Chili Piper initially made our default workspace "sales" but now everyone in the org, even if they aren't in sales, has to be a part of the "Sales" workspace since it's the company default. And it's impossible to…

  18. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

  19. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.
