  1. Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).
    This would relieve the IT teams of repetitive work and mitigate the risk of an offboarded user still having an active account.

  2. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  3. Having the Chili Cal User Controls in a separate area (per workspace) from the user table is burdensome for admin. Specifically the Links section of the User controls. These should be moved to the User Table, so a new user can be fully set up from one screen.

    At a minimum there should be a workspace setting that sets the default for all users added to the workspace (Currently defaults to enabled)

  6. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  7. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  8. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  9. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

    Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

    When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

    It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  10. For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

  11. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

  12. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  13. SPecifically on the concierge screen, where a user can select between phone call and book meeting. My company would like to customize that to use special color and images, but the only way to do that is with CSS, more specifically background images, and those are now (as of last/early this week) erroring out due to COEP errors:

  17. Ability to change the default workspace for each user. Currently the default workspace is visible to all users, but we want certain groups of users to have a different default workspace than others. Ex: We want the sales team's default workspace to be the Sales Workspace and the CS team's default workspace to be the CS team.

    Our rep when building out Chili Piper initially made our default workspace "sales" but now everyone in the org, even if they aren't in sales, has to be a part of the "Sales" workspace since it's the company default. And it's impossible to…
