Manually re-order Routes & teams members in Handoff
It would be amazing if we could manually rearrange queues in our queue lists. We have instances where a queue may qualify for more than 1 queue and it would allow us to mitigate user error if we could make one of our queues show up earlier in the list so it defaults to one during certain instances.

It would be so much easier if it was possible to run queues in certain order, similar to how lead assignment rules work in salesforce. It would cut down on exclusions and filters we have to use to make rules work.

I second this! We have two main Queues: One General and one for High Value Leads. The General queue is used much more frequently than the High Value queue, but for whatever reason, the High Value queue shows up on top in Instant Booker, so sometimes SDRs accidentally use it thinking they're in the General queue. Being able to reorder the queue so the General queue always shows up first/by default, would be immensely helpful!

There are instances where a prospect may qualify for more than 1 queue and it would allow a customer to mitigate user error if it were possible to make a more specific queues match earlier in the list prior to a more specific queue.
