  1. Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).
This would relieve the IT teams of repetitive work and mitigate the risk of an offboarded user still having an active account.

  3. We've had an issue with bots coming through our form and setting meetings.

Is it possible to add Captcha to our scheduling links to help block this spam?

  4. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

  5. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  6. When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.

For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

  8. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

A data repository to pull from would be great.

  9. For meeting types availability - if an admin is adjusting the availability range for a meeting type, is there a way we could add in the ability to only allow meetings of that specific type for that date range for a specified group of users?

It appears the ability to limit meetings to a specific meeting type is only available for individual custom schedules. But the ability to do this on a single meeting type as an admin would save a lot of time.

This setup is very common for in-person events. Thanks!

  10. It would be great if people that use multiple calendar types had the ability to limit the total number of meetings scheduled across each of those instead of just at the individual meeting type level

  11. If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

  12. Currently the Chili Piper Integration only allows for booking meetings from Contacts in the side panel within Hubspot. Being able to book meetings from Deals in Hubspot with the Contacts associated with the Deal would be a great additional feature.

  14. For an existing router that someone edits and republishes, we'd introduce an optional 'comments' box so admins can describe what change they made and why. We'd then have to offer some kind of 'activity log' within the router to surface. That way people can leave notes for other admins to see what changes were made and why.

Chameleon does this quite well - here's a short walkthrough of what that looks like: https://www.loom.com/share/a2712f0e0efb4c059dd5aa5babe9e9cb?sid=9e4b1d9b-8c66-4588-b962-1b94e0a3ec92

  15. Having the Chili Cal User Controls in a separate area (per workspace) from the user table is burdensome for admin. Specifically the Links section of the User controls. These should be moved to the User Table, so a new user can be fully set up from one screen.

At a minimum there should be a workspace setting that sets the default for all users added to the workspace (Currently defaults to enabled)

  16. Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

  17. I’m running into ongoing issues with calendar booking reminder emails—especially since the new ChiliCal Firebase updates. Some of the reminders are pulling incorrect or outdated meeting links, and managing them has become increasingly difficult. On my personal links, I also have duplicate reminder that I cannot seem to remove.

Right now, I have to open each individual booking link just to view or edit the associated reminders, and there’s no centralized place to view everything I’ve created. I’d love to request the following:

A dedicated area to manage all reminder emails I've set up—ideally organized in a searchable, editable list.

  18. SMS responses were available in Legacy but not in Fire. This was used to ensure that if an SMS response goes out and someone responds that the rep is able to see that.

  19. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  20. As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.
