Edit Meeting Buffer Settings including Name, behavior for users
Allow editing of Meeting Buffers for Meeting Types. It would be nice to allow more editing for Meeting Buffers such as being able to name the meeting buffers or adding a description and even allowing for individual settings for meeting buffer behavior since some reps might not want them

Anywhere a table is displayed in Fire, I would like the ability to sort by a column.

Full Support of SCIM User Management
Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).

SMS responses were available in Legacy but not in Fire. This was used to ensure that if an SMS response goes out and someone responds that the rep is able to see that.

Allow for manually deleting/removing meetings from the system
As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

Global User Pause Setting
Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

Internal note only visible for call host
When people booked a call, I want our call host have record ID from salesforce in the invite so the call host can know which contact they will chat with.

Team Control for Rules
For Handoff Routers, we need to have control for which teams see each rule similar to scheduling links.
It doesn't work to have this in the Rule for a filter as they are being used across our Inbound Router as well and duplicating rules is not a good option.2 votes -
Availability Settings for Handoff Booker
Our handoff booker needs to be able to book over 2 weeks out, even though our meeting type only allows being set for 2 weeks out for the primary guest. We need to make it so primary guests are limited to 2 weeks, but our team needs to have more flexibility in the time to book.
Is it possible to have an Availability setting for the booker for handoff separate from the one for the primary guest.Primary Guest Language:

Reassigning multiple meetings at once
Currently it is only possible to reassign one meeting at a time as an admin. It would be useful to reassign multiple meetings at once. For example, when one rep is leaving the company their existing meetings need to be reassigned to other reps. Having the ability to reassign all of their meetings at once would be very helpful for offboarding.

Vacation Settings - Out of Office Recognition
Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.

Pro-activation Notification when reps' calendars are full and a meeting cannot be schedule d within X number of days
Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

Cancel future reminders if a customer responds via email
If multiple reminders are set for a meeting and the customer replies to an earlier one via email, it would be useful to cancel the remaining reminders to avoid spamming the customer.

Fill in dynamic tags in the Preview
Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.
