end user meeting type override
There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.
It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

Allow multiple Twilio number code types to be used (Alphanumeric and international long code)
The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

Create proposed meeting date/times from within Chili Piper, not just the Gmail email draft
The ability to insert proposed meeting dates/times into the gmail email draft is great, but also very limiting as we use an email management tool to manage our many gmail inboxes. Therefore, we do not have access to using the Chili Piper chrome extension.
Obviously an integration with our email management tool would be ideal, but another way around this would be if we could create the proposed meeting times from within Chili Piper.com, copy the selected dates/times then we could paste them into the body of an email.

Dialpad & UberConference Integrations
Integrations with Dialpad/UberConference would be a killer feature. At the moment, the only way to set up a conference call is to share a permanent link through ChiliPiper. I'd prefer having unique links generated, so I don't have accidental eavesdroppers.
