  2. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

  3. You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

  4. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

  5. Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

  6. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  7. Use Case: As a regular occurrence, I will suggest meeting times using the buttons in Gmail after having built my meeting around internal and multiple external attendees. If 1-2 weeks ago by without the meeting being booked and I want to present new options using buttons, I have to rebuild the entire meeting. Can you implement "Suggest New Times" link that pulls in all of the same invitees, meeting type and details I may have modified (subject line, body)?

  9. This is possible on google calendar, when you can untick the box "see guest list". Sometimes we do not want prospects to see our personal emails, and instead only see a general info@mybrand.com as a booker. This is crucial if we are using a centralized ticketing system like Zendesk and would allow Chilipiper to be used by customer support too.

  10. As a stellar example, the Hubspot meetings tool can read a calendar integration with Google and employ meeting buffer settings without actually booking them. Please update Chili Piper to do the same so my Go To Market Team doesn't have these ugly meeting buffers on their calendar.
