Notification on disconnect of integration
When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.
This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.
At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

We lost a day of calls because somehow Salesforce disconnected itself. :( It was properly connected this morning. Then it mysteriously stopped working. But when support looked, it was properly connected and working again?!
We have also had issues in the past where our Twilio integration disconnected and we had no idea for weeks.
Given the criticality of these integrations to the overall experience, Chili Piper must do a better job of monitoring these and alerting when they disconnect!

Given that only users can fix this, this is critical to get ahead of issues with team members going ooo

Our connection to HubSpot was severed (still looked connected in the App). This led to multiple prospects not being able to book meetings and we only became aware of it once several of them complained to support. With other apps I use, this type of notification is standard (for example, we use Gong and they do a great job of sending notifications if there is anything wrong with an integration).

SFDC connection severed, which resulted in leads not being assigned using the rules in Chilipiper resulting in missed leads and problems with process and actioning things correctly. Causes huge problems for something that last much longer than necessary if they get notified properly.

Twice now the SFDC Oauth connection as randomly been severed and the resulting cascade of events: events not logged, reminders being sent w/ out names, reassignment flow not functioning etc has cause a major strain on the viability of continuing with Chili. Please address ASAP.

This notification email would be really helpful for me - even if it's sent to Super Admins or something vs. the end user.

I'd like to be able to get alerted whenever the integration between Chili and Slack get a disconnection so we can act quickly to re-configure the integration and avoid losing any alerts.

As the Admin at our org, I continually have to randomly reach out to various team members when we discover their calendar has been disconnected. This is a BIG ISSUE because we only find out a Sales rep's calendar is disconnected when they're double-booked and when no meeting buffers are being applied to their calendar! I need a proactive way to discover/monitor when an integration disconnects and soon!
