Several Improvements to Zapier Integration
The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting ** Custom fields available in the API ***• I can't tell whether or not this is actually true yet (given my above comment), but having visibility into the data submitted for custom fields that are mapped to a CRM would be great. For example – we use CP to schedule CSM-type meetings, and would love for people to be able to add comments. We would then pass that comment into a Slack channel notification so that other POCs can assist with troubleshooting technical issues
