Native data enrichment.

Offer data enrichment natively in distro
This gives us a competitive edge with concierge because nobody is doing this yet and also helps us to catch up to some of the competition with distro as LeanData and Ringlead already do this.
We could also have several data providers, so if one provider doesn’t have data we can call a different one - making our combined solution even better and more accurate than if someone went direct to one provider.

This is also an issue for us, we rely on enrichment due to our low friction forms, not having it natively means we have to have delays on leads getting routed. I have seen other routing solutions offer this (default, I believe), and I think it's an area where Chilipiper is behind in the market.

Overall, your proposal focuses on improving data enrichment capabilities, making them an integral part of your processes, and potentially collaborating with multiple data providers to ensure data accuracy and completeness. This could indeed give your company a competitive advantage in the market and enhance the value you offer to your customers. However, the success of these initiatives would depend on the feasibility of implementing them and the willingness of Clearbit, Zoominfo, and other data providers to work within your proposed partnership model.
For additional data enrichment options, you might also want to explore services like Global Database to further enhance your data quality and coverage: https://www.globaldatabase.com/data-enrichment.
