All properties passed to HubSpot should align with the most recent event
Use case: 'lost and return' and 'churn and return' contacts coming through the pipeline booking demos.
I've noticed the HubSpot integration has some room for improvement. Currently, most properties that are passed to HubSpot are only updated when they last occurred. So for example, if a prospect 'no showed' 2 years ago, came back through the pipeline and booked today they still appear as a no show. We use this property (and others) in HubSpot automations, which are now misfiring. While I could solve for this on the HubSpot side, it's a clunky solution that would be more complex than it needs to be. I think a cleaner solution would be for all CP event properties that are passed to HubSpot to align with that specific event. So in this case, wipe the no show property when a new event is booked. I understand there are reporting implications, but those are easier and more intuitive to solve for for most people. Just my two cents.
