When scheduling an email from Outlook, don't include the Booker as a (redundant) Guest
When you schedule a meeting from Outlook using the plugin, EVERYONE on the email gets added as a required guest. The Booker's role in the meeting is controlled by the meeting type/meeting link settings, and adding the meeting booker as a guest creates an extra step of needing to remove the redundant email address.
For example, when I am scheduling a basic 30 minute meeting between myself and some other people from an email chain, as the Booker I'm the meeting owner. It doesn't make sense for me to be included again as a guest. If I'm scheduling a Round Robin meeting with my customers and another team, and the Meeting Link settings say to add the Booker as Optional, when I schedule the meeting from an email, I will ALSO be added as a Required guest unless I remember to remove my email from the list of Guests.
If you're booking a meeting from an email, it's a very fair assumption that you're going to be on the email thread, so it seems logical that Chili Cal would exclude any email addresses from the invite when they match the email address of the meeting booker. Needing to remove the booker from the guests every time you use the Add-on is inefficient.
