  3. Have the ability to send different reminders for prospects that DID accept the invite (i.e. "can't wait for our call!") and a different one for prospects that DIDN'T (i.e. "can you please let us know if you're coming?").

    Right now you can only send to either everyone, or to prospects who didn't confirm - meaning the suggestion above is not possible.

  4. Option for each user to choose what notifications they want to receive by email. The booker especially doesn't need to receive all of these emails.

  5. In addition to reminder emails BEFORE a meeting, ability to create email templates leveraging dynamic tags to go out AFTER a meeting is completed. For example, a thank-you email which includes attachments, or whitepapers, etc.

  6. Allow a rep to send a manual reminder. There are times where it may be necessary to manually be able to send a reminder to specific clients to specify meeting details. having to go in and set up a specific time to send is more of a hassle than being able to simply click 'Send' on a reminder.

  7. Have the ability to duplicate Reminders to reduce time to recreate. Our Reminders are very similar, just with different time variables, so this would save a lot of set up time.

  8. Adding the ability to add images to our reminders & change the domain to which they are sent from could help companies with brand consistency. Also, customers could add video thumbnails to introduce themselves or further educate the prospect / invitee

  10. Setting to automatically include the matching dynamic conference details tag (if existing) from the corresponding Meeting Type description to the associated Reminders to reduce room for error and manual steps needed to include proper meeting conference details!

  11. When sending out emails we have the options to choose who can get alerts/notifications between the booker and the host. We would like the exact same options for text alerts. In most cases the booker is not the host so when the booker gets a text they would have to relay that to the meeting host which would take extra time and resources.

  16. There should be a feature where you can add additional contacts to the invite on your calendar and then they'd also receive meeting reminders like the contact who books the meeting.

When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have…

  19. Have reminders sent as an email chain to the original invitation. Individual email reminders can be confusing for some prospects and having the original invitation details can be helpful, especially if we opted to use the Google Meet functionality of ChiliPiper.

  20. France changed its phone regulatory policy a few weeks ago because of the overly high number of spams and ads received by people on their phone. The result is the following:when sending notification sms without possible response to your customers, it is now mandatory to use an alphanumeric sender ID, otherwise the sms is not sent.Chili Piper's Twilio integration does not allow us right now to add an alphanumeric sender ID to our sms reminders, so they are not sent (this is confirmed by our Twilio console even though Chili Piper interface indicates they are sent) and we are losing…
