  1. Ability to place a HOLD on an assignees calendar if someone has suggested this time. Picturing this as a different color or look in the instant booker that designates it's a HOLD and gives the booker the ability to still suggested it, while recognizing that someone else as placed a HOLD on that time.

  2. It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often. Currently, if you move to the person under the stared up next user this could have…

  3. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  4. When someone is using the chilipiper extension or instant booker, be able to lock down how far out the reps can schedule a meeting. If we change the meeting type to schedule only within the next 3 days, only allow them to schedule within that timeframe not out further.

  5. Most users who use the extension are utilizing Instant Booker or Booking Links. The Personal Page section takes up a lot of space and there are users who have to scroll down a lot to find the Instant Booker section. We should move the Instant Booker feature back up on the extension to the top or at least above the Personal Pages.

  6. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down. Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them. The Orientation calls are also expected to last an hour so our business was running into issues where our coaches were not having enough availability. The orientation call slots protect the ability to…

  7. We recently merged 3 companies under 1 domain. We would like the ability for our reps to be able to choose which email domain their invite comes from when inviting a prospect to a meeting.

  9. Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

  10. It's currently not possible to hard-lock meeting buffers for Instant Booker when SDR's are booking for AE's, allowing Instant Booker-created meeting buffers to be overridden. The option to "hard-lock" these buffers and prevent overriding buffers would mean a better prep and clean-up time pre and post meetings.

  11. in addition to being able to add a guest to sf as well as include them on the invite or not on the IB middle screen, i'd love to be able to select those who should be optional on the invite as well. That way almost all guest actions would be possible from one screen without me needing to do guest management in 2 places

  12. There are some great "quick links" in the settings tab of the Chrome Extension but I think there's one missing. Could we add a link to "admin center" and have that show conditionally based on the type of license the logged-in user has?

  13. It would be useful for customers like Convoso to prevent their bookers (SDR's) from changing the meeting type when handing off into a queue using Instant Booker. They still want their SDR's to be able to edit the description (already an existing setting), but they have automations that trigger off of the CPMeetingType field in Salesforce and these get messed up if an SDR changes the meeting type. This new feature could be added to the Extension tab for example.

  14. It would be useful for customers to be able to book meetings from the Contact Role list in Opportunities. It would save them a click from having to open up the Contact record to then book a meeting.

  15. Several of my customer have validation criteria in Salesforce to create leads/contact, such as including company information. When adding a lead/contact via the Instant Booker tool reps can skip this validation because it just asks for name and email. It would be useful for customers to be able to customize the fields that need to be filled out before adding a record via Instant Booker.
