Add the ability to insert a booking link from the Instant Booker for availability for all

Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

    After a recent update, it's no longer possible to suggest times for multiple potential assignees when using availability for all in a queue. As this is possible when inserting a booking link, it would be great to have the ability to do so with suggested times too!
