  1. It would be nice to have the Meeting Type Description supported on Personal Pages

    Currently, this is only supported if you have multiple meeting types associated with a meeting link or through Concierge; however, there are use cases where many users would like to use a Personal Page and have the meeting type descriptions appear there for prospects.

  2. I need to be able to configure predefined meetings that automatically include availability for multiple people within my organization. It seems like there are workarounds for this (https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/20352008933779-Multiple-users-availability-in-Chili-Piper) but I am looking for the ability to set up meetings on the "Meeting Types" page that always have the same two people's availability included by default.

  4. When working with group links, we don't really care which person in the group takes the meeting; we just want to be sure that at least one employee is on the meeting. However, this makes working with Zoom links hard. The one person who is set as the host in the group link will have their Zoom link account tied to the meeting, even though they may not the be the one on the meeting.

  5. want ability to add description to meeting types (feature parity to multi meeting links in legacy) so that when customers are presented with multiple meeting type options, the chili user can add a description of what the meeting is to the options

  7. Account ownership based routing should be possible for new Leads and existing Leads. Right now it is only possible for new Leads.

  9. Is there a way I can create a custom booking link for meetings where a SME needs to be on a call?

    I am looking for a way I can add say a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, an executive/manager or specialist on specific meetings I want to book.

  10. We'd like the ability to set the time zone in which a custom schedule's hours should apply. Currently, custom schedules inherit the time zone from the user's schedule. Our use case is that our sales team travels to tradeshows and events, for which we set custom schedules that enforce availability only for specific meetings during those shows and events.

  11. The ability for SDRs to send suggested times for all AEs in a specific queue.

    Essentially the same thing we have for inbound concierge but for outbound suggested times.

  12. Our Chili Piper admin left the company so I had to reconnect the HubSpot integration under my name instead. I also updated all of the booker settings so that meetings would be booked by me going forward. But, that doesn't change all of the existing meetings that were already booked. When that person left the company, we had over 30 meetings that could not be rescheduled using the reschedule link because the booker no longer existed (their calendar was disconnected). There's no way to transfer those meetings over to another booker so we have to manually reschedule meetings. Sales has…

  14. Meeting time is crucial to be visible once people book a meeting. The calendar invite is not obvious enough depends on the email app they use. Without meeting time in the email confirmation, it's hard for the prospects to check their booked time and leading the confusion for many of our prospects to email us.

The new messaging that appears if someone books a meeting using a personal Gmail address (“Do you see the invitation?“, “Thanks, I see it”, and “Add to Calendar”) only appears in English even if the remainder of the screen is in another language. Please localize this in line with the rest of the booking experience.

  17. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already.   18. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down.Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them.   19. When someone books a time with you, the email summary you receive that contain custom form fields do not include line breaks so I am reading separate form field data in one long string.
