  2. When working with group links, we don't really care which person in the group takes the meeting; we just want to be sure that at least one employee is on the meeting. However, this makes working with Zoom links hard. The one person who is set as the host in the group link will have their Zoom link account tied to the meeting, even though they may not the be the one on the meeting.

    It would be valuable to be able to have a default host (so if that host is in the meeting, then use their Zoom link…

  5. Is there a way I can create a custom booking link for meetings where a SME needs to be on a call?

    I am looking for a way I can add say a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, an executive/manager or specialist on specific meetings I want to book.

  6. We'd like the ability to set the time zone in which a custom schedule's hours should apply. Currently, custom schedules inherit the time zone from the user's schedule. Our use case is that our sales team travels to tradeshows and events, for which we set custom schedules that enforce availability only for specific meetings during those shows and events.

  7. The ability for SDRs to send suggested times for all AEs in a specific queue.

    Essentially the same thing we have for inbound concierge but for outbound suggested times.

  9. Meeting time is crucial to be visible once people book a meeting. The calendar invite is not obvious enough depends on the email app they use. Without meeting time in the email confirmation, it's hard for the prospects to check their booked time and leading the confusion for many of our prospects to email us.

  11. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already.   12. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down.Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls".   16. I know that "free" meetings (image below) dont show up on the calendar but we're curious if that's an option we could turn on if we wanted. alternatively is it possible for that to be controlled on the AE rep level? Or have it to show up slightly differently on the calendar than busy meetings so the SDRs can see when it's a free meeting and they could ask the reps if they can book over etc.

  17. Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

  19. Calendy had an option to leave 15 minutes or a destinated buffer time between meetings. That be great to add as back-to-backs that can be avoided usually result in a better client/AE experience

  20. Add different colors for different users so you can distinguish who is not available and decide if there will be any flexibility in moving the meeting to make room for a customer meeting. This is especially useful for managers in a support use case
