Settings to override busy slots on calendar

We would like the ability to enable specific Chili Piper user to have meetings book over their busy times in their calendar.
The use case would be for the users who will be attending event, they block their calendar on the event days. We'll want the ability for event prospects to book on those specific user's calendar over those blocked days.
