Spam Checker - Update Field
I would love the ability for spam checker to update the dispositioning in salesforce so when a lead is filtered out as spam we can see that disposition in salesforce.

Handoff Router goes to last opened for end user instead of sorting by descending
Enable the ability for Handoff Routers to default back to the last used router in the scheduler to minimize potential errors when booking via handoff (catch alls on separate routers) & reduce clicks to booking

Ability to add URL parameters to scheduling link slugs
At the moment, it’s not possible to add URL parameters to scheduling link slugs. This limitation requires us to manually append parameters every time a link is shared, which is not ideal. Having the ability to define parameters, such as locale, directly in the base scheduling link would ensure they are applied by default and consistently. For our company, the locale parameter is especially critical, as we operate in multiple languages.
While browser language detection is convenient, it isn’t always reliable, since many users have their browsers set to English by default. In practice, some audiences strongly prefer to communicate…1 vote -

Ability for anyone to Reassign a meeting in Salesforce
In Legacy, there was more flexibility in who could reassign a meeting in Salesforce. Now, only the Host or the Booker can do so and that's a source of friction

'Holds' on internal calendar when sending Suggested Times
Ability to place 'holds' on a sender's calendar when they send suggested times. That way, the slots remain available for people to book rather than sharing suggested times, having the recipient click on one of them, and then it's no longer available.

Dynamically update field with Booker ID
We need the ability to dynamically update a custom field in HubSpot—let’s call it “Booker CP”—with the email or ID of the booker during the handoff process. Ideally, this could work using a tag like {!CP.Me.Email} or {!CP.Me.UserId} in an “Update Field” node for HubSpot customers.
This functionality is already supported in Distro, so we’re hoping it would be a relatively small lift to enable it in Concierge and Handoff as well.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to allow the booker to be applied dynamically in an “Update Field” node in Concierge too, whether the target is Salesforce or HubSpot.

Disable "Don't invite Guests" for Non-Admins
This is to ensure that users that aren't Admins can not use the "Don't invite Guests" feature because it causes disruption in services as low-level users do not understand this feature since it is meant for testing. It would be ideal if we could disable it in the "Meeting Type" or just limit its access to higher-level users.

Priority Booking in Handoff
When scheduling on behalf of someone else, the ability to send suggested times and/or links that allow the prospect to book over certain 'busy' blocks on the calendar (like prospecting or other non-meeting activities). Similar to priorirty scheduling with a RR link, but making that functionality possible in Handoff scheduler

toggle weekends when using day's in advance setting
Please add a toggle to exclude weekends from the "Days in advance" setting. The customer wants to test offering meetings within the next 3 days to boost booking rates, but can’t run the test reliably because they must switch between 3 days during the week and 4 days for weekends.

Add "See prospect in CRM/calendar" buttons to Concierge Live Slack notifications
Add "See prospect in CRM" and "See calendar event" for Slack notifications from live calls initiated via Concierge Live. This would enable reps to quickly check more details about the prospect while they pick up the call.

add the source in the email notification to the rep when a meeting is scheduled through Concierge
When customers receive meetings through Concierge it can come from different URLs on the website,
When reps receive the notification when a meeting is scheduled they have only form fills - no clue if this came from product A page or product B
Can we add the source in that email notification, or any variable that we can passover to that email notification so we can let the rep know about the context or any other info that could be usefup for him to know?

'manual email introduction' feature in Handoff
JD wanted a 'manual email introduction' feature in Chili Piper that would:
Assign a prospect to the appropriate Account Executive (AE)
Send an email introduction to the AE and give them credit for a meeting just like if a meeting was booked
Allow the AE to take over the conversation with the prospect, even if a meeting is not immediately booked

ChiliCal Meeting Type Sharing in Scheduler
Please make it so we can share meeting types with teams the same way we share Schedule Links.
Can we prevent end users from seeing all workspace meeting types in ChiliCal?
This is critical so that we don't have to be restrictive in our meeting types we create and ensure each team is using the correct meeting types.5 votes -
data consistency with rescheduling
When rescheduling an event, all personalized data for the call is erased and the call data goes back to it's standard messaging. I would love for rescheduling through Chili Piper to not overwrite what has been manually added or changed on the event through Google Calendar.

wait list
Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

Show Google / Teams instead of "Host default"
Currently when the default is selected as Google Meet or Teams, the guest form shows the option as "Use Host Default Scheduling". This isn't clear what that scheduling option is or even what it really signifies.
Instead, it should be more clear either what the default is, or be worded to say something along the lines of "Host will specify conference location" , etc... make it clear what this option is.
