It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

Display 5 recently used timezones in IB. Or recommend the timezone based on the prospect's country from CRM. This will speed up the booking process and avoid booking incorrect times by SDRs.
