All User settings that Admin can do could be reachable from one place
In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability. This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

Adding the ability to transfer all configurations from Sandbox to Production. This way customers don't need to recreate everything again, which could speed up the onboarding process.

Display SF User Name in addition to FN/LN & Email in User List
Often times, particularly for admins, there are multiple Users in SF with the same email address, but with different user names. Displaying SF user name in addition to Email & FN/LN would be helpful

Web layout
The fact that I had to look up how to integrate zoom with chili piper in google is a testament to how poorly the UI is designed. I naturally assumed it was the 4 squares icon on the top left. Instead user settings are on the bottom left.

Clearer wording on email sent when prospect email is incorrect
There's been some cases when the prospect misspells their email address and uses an incorrect format (e.g. example.@gmail). Can you please make sure you create it in your calendar as soon as possible? His details below:First Lastexample.@gmailBest,The Chili Piper team"We should improve the wording to let our customers know that we couldn't create the event due to an invalid form…

Bulk turn off personal reminders
Some teams use reminders from outside systems. Being able to bulk turn off personal reminders rather than to have to turn it off on an individual basis would be a lot more time-efficient.

Allow users to set the minimum scheduling notice on the user level vs meeting type level
Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

I would love to make it an automatic process that managers, or other contacts, are added as optional to any demos they book.

Re-direct meetings/assigments
Sales roles are typically high turnover roles. It's hard to plan and move quicker than CP so was hoping there was a way to re-assign a person who has left to one particular person until leads, contacts, and accounts have been updated to the new owner.

UI message implementation when not able to load calendar based on the Default Booker's email
If a calendar could not be loaded based on the email of the Default Booker, we are showing that there is no available time.My suggestion is that we should let the customers know that we could not load calendars based on the email of the default booker.

Standardize Welcome Message
Allow admins to create and lock a standard welcome message for all users within a particular group or workspace. Creates a branding feel for users who want to use this instead of a personal pages link.
