  1. A customer of ours would prefer that when SDRs use handoff that all assignees are not listed in strict round robins. The reason being is that SDRs have been "gaming" the system. If they see that one of their fave AEs is not up next in the round robin, given they have such high volume, they'll simply wait an hour or so, then check back again to see if their AE is up and then proceed to book the meeting.

    This problem could be mitigated greatly by simply providing the option to make Handoff Round Robins blind to the person…

  2. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

  5. Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming

  10. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  11. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

  13. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  14. I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.

    Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages).   16. It would be amazing if we could manually rearrange queues in our queue lists. We have instances where a queue may qualify for more than 1 queue and it would allow us to mitigate user error if we could make one of our queues show up earlier in the list so it defaults to one during certain instances.

  17. Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

  18. Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

  19. When the prospect invite is turned off, remove the "You will receive a meeting invite shortly" language from the booking success screen to avoid setting incorrect expectations with the booker.
