  1. Just like there is already Form Mapping that allows to modify fields on the lead/contact, this should also be enable for the Event object in Salesforce.

  2. We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.

  3. “Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:

-Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
-Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
    - Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.

    See https://floatingapps.atlassian.net/browse/CPP-8933 for more details.

  4. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

  5. Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity. Here is how it would work:If meeting type is selected to relate to the opportunity then optionally add the contact who the meeting was booked with to the opportunity contact role section....this checks if the contact the meeting was booked with already exists as a contact role, if they do exist, do nothing, if the…

  6. It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

  7. Enable admins to define what meeting types and from what workspaces will sync to sfdc. We need the option not to sync private meeting types to sfdc (lead creation and meeting creation). It will also be useful the have the option to prevent specific meeting types from the general workspace to sync.

  9. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field. With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  10. CRM actions only has an option to Create Lead/Contact or not create anything at all. It would be great if there's also an option to just UPDATE lead/contacts (for just existing ones) as we do not want Chili Piper to directly create leads into our CRM

  12. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

  14. Some companies use Tasks to report on meetings created rather than the Events object. This would cover use cases to handle reporting for admins in the case they use Tasks and prevent them from needing to know how to create fancy process builders to manage this in sfdc.

  15. I try to tie specific meetings to Opportunity / Case Stages. As a deal moves further down the funnel this gets harder but for the first few stages it would be pretty simpleS0 - Qualified meeting booked (auto create opp from CP meeting type = first call)S1 - First Meeting Complete (move from S0 to S1 if first call meeting template on related opp was not marked no show or cancled)S2 - Demo Complete (move to S3 if demo meeting type has completed. We use cases for onboarding. Same example as above but with kick off call etc

  16. Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.
