  1. Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

  2. When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

  3. Add a trigger in the Zapier integration when a call is cancelled. This would be useful when sending calls to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

  4. Integrations with Dialpad/UberConference would be a killer feature. At the moment, the only way to set up a conference call is to share a permanent link through ChiliPiper. I'd prefer having unique links generated, so I don't have accidental eavesdroppers.

  5. Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.

  7. What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  9. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  11. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  13. Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.

  14. Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

  15. For phone queues, would be great to have a Zapier trigger that would fire if users attempt a call and are not connected for some reason, so we can trigger a Slack notification based on this.

  16. While we can assign these leads, we'd love to be able to trigger Slack alerts to prompt immediate follow-up. The only Zapier actions are new meeting/rescheduled meeting - would love one for attempts.

  17. It would be beneficial for our reps to understand where they sit in the Round Robin when receiving a meeting. By adding this to the Zapier Integration we can push this to Slack to inform the Reps.

  19. Currently if you book a meeting, it gets created in Salesforce as an Event. If you use the Reassign CP button, and change the Queue and Meeting Type, ALL additional Chili Piper API connected fields will NOT update on the Salesforce Event (with the exception of the top fields that are native to an Activity Object for Events i.e. Subject, Date, Time, Assigned To). We use this workaround of using "Reassign CP" if the customer has booked the wrong meeting type so we can ensure they receive the correct customer correspondence according to the type of training they will receive.…

  20. It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)
