Populate SF Case details when booking via Online Booking
Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

Have the option to Create a Salesforce Case that's associated with the Account tied to the Contact's email address when the Contact books an appointment. This is obviously more of a support team function instead of a sales function.
