Edit the error message and image presented when a disabled link is used
If a prospect/customer tries to access a queue link that has been disabled via the 'Public online booking link' toggle - it shows them a warning triangle with the message "This page is not available". This is a poor experience if the links are being used for time-sensitive campaigns and doesn't explain why they can't book a meeting e.g. "This initiative has ended - please contact your Account Manager". The request is to be able to change the image and the text shown once a link has been disabled.

Ability to control lead creation settings for personal meetings
Give settings on Personal Meeting types to create / not create lead. No option to turn off lead creation on personal meetings

Remove meeting times that are outside customer's timezone
We are based in the UK but anyone in the world can book a demo with us, which means that UK hours appear even when it can be the middle of the night for people in the USA, India or Australia/New Zealand.
I would like the option to not display any times outside of the demo booker's working hours (nothing before 7am and nothing after 7pm) so they don't see random 1AM, 2AM, 3AM etc. times. It currently provides a very negative experience.

Display all hosts on the calendar screen when using group booking links
We would like the ability to display all of the members of the meeting on the calendar screen when using group booking links. The calendar screen currently only show the organizer/main host of the meeting and on the confirmation screen shows everyone, which can confuse prospects.

AMP email functionality for a router
AMP email functionality specific for routers. It would be great to have the ability to embed an entire router into an email which doesn't force the user to open up a new tab.

Expand Options for Availability Increments
We use Instant Booker to allow clients to book windows of 2 hours, and use different Meeting Types to define when they can book, typically between 8am and 4pm. We want to restrict the start times of these 2 hour events to only be multiples of 2: there is an available slot at 8, and then at 10, and then at 12, etc. We do not want a client to be able to book a 2 hour window that spans 9-11, for example. Name group booking links
Allow users to name group booking links so we can easily distinguish the different links. We have a variety of booking links for a few combinations of the same meeting type. Ideally we should be able to name them so they don't all have the same name in the list. Or even be able to see the members of the link more easily.

Public online booking link - Toggle
Remove the Public online booking link toggle.
In a Queue > Online Booking URL > Public online booking linkThat specific toggle only causes more harm than good. The queue is unable to be viewed in IB and booking link cannot be viewed at all. The feature is quite hidden, so it takes time troubleshooting why the queue is not viewable, even though it is listed as Active under Meeting Queues.
This function was built before the Active/Deactive toggle under Meeting Queues was built. Since this Public online booking link toggle is no longer used, Chili Piper should remove it.

Block Calls from non-existing contacts
Someone in Turkey got a hold of my Chili Piper link. I'm not sure if it was only shared directly with this person or if it was shared out more widely.Impact: I'm concerned if it was shared out publicly somewhere that others may try booking meetings with me.Does Chili Piper have any security features to block non-existing contacts from calling in with my unique link?

Make personal booking links video enabled
Right now, you can only book calls using a router. It would be nice if a queue or a meeting type could be video enabled. Especially a rep's personal scheduling link.

Create a CP Link for availability of more than one person
I'm very frequently having to coordinate calls with clients including more than one person internally. As a CSM, I work with a specific AM all the time and we'd LOVE to have one link to share our combined availability. Once we both need to be on a call, ChiliPiper doesn't really work for our needs.

Sometimes we want to offer or send a team mate's booking link to a colleague. There's no way for me to easily see their links. We created a separate spreadsheet internally.

allow reps to create their own group meeting links including with those people not in their workspace to allow cross-team collaboration.

Choice to override working hours in booking link
When using suggested times users are able to override their working hours, but if the prospect were to click "view all availability" it of course defaults back to their standard working hours / availability and those times are shown as unavailable. Would be helpful to enable the person sending out a booking link to allow times outside of their standard hours to be available for this specific booking link by choice to allow the user to book at that time. "Book Another" option that duplicates previous settings
We use CP links to book multiple trainings with customers and many times these are all the same set up but booked on multiple days or times. It would be dope when you get to the "Nice! This meeting is booked" page if there was a Book Another button that defaulted to the same guests, timezone, assignee, and meeting type as the previous meeting.

Customise days when sending link
It would be nice if it was possible to adjust the days for which a customer can book meetings on, directly through the link I send? I only want to do this temporary for the specific link I'm sending out. In some cases I don't want the person to be able to book any other days than let's say Wednesday.

Create static availability links with tow people's calendars
Our Mid-Market sales team often employs a Sales Engineer for follow up calls. We have queue et up to book time with them but it would be helpful to have a static booking link that incorporates both the AE and Sales Engineer's availability. We are aware of the gmail extension that can do this, but the sales rep needs to launch instant booker each time they want to insert availability. Having a static booking link that always displays availability of both the AE and Sales Engineer would be helpful.
