Ability to clone Meeting Types, Meeting Queues, Reminders, Forms and Routers to other Workspaces
We have multiple Workspaces but use similar Meeting Types across Workspaces so we would like the ability to clone these items across Workspaces.

Offer feature for Templated "Buffer" meetings
Would be ideal if we could assign templates to buffers associated with CP bookings. In instances where the buffer is used for work tied to the CP invite immediately before/after the booked call, it would easily provide the individual(s) affected direction on what needs to be done.

Ability for Prospect to select "backup" assignee if not available
Give client ability to decide if they want to take a second assignee's availability into account when scheduling or just schedule with the primary assignee. This could be extremely helpful if an Prospect hits an Ownership queue but their assignee is OOO or on extended leave, we could allow a option to "view more availability" and the Chili Tenant could choose backup assignees or an alternative queue to route to. Potentially this could be applied to the scenario if we allowed customers to enable Strict RR in concierge but then "select additional availability" and route to new queue

Character limit on forms - first name / last name
SFDC does not allow lead creation if first name is over 40 characters (and there are other character limits for other basic fields) yet chili pipers form does not have a limit. Beazer uses Chili Piper form to fill out before booking a meeting and its causing issues when leads type in longer than 40 characters, lead doesn't get created. For standard fields like this can force character limit to allow for creation?
additionally, there's no way to quickly and easily see what leads have not been created - so catching this mistake is nearly impossible. youd have to manually…

Meeting Buffer for Weekends
When we have a new client, we have a 48-hour delay before the customer can actually schedule their kickoff meeting. This allows the consultant enough time to review the project and schedule time internally for a handoff meeting. It doesn't appear the 2 Day buffer excludes weekends. The issue we're running into is that if a customer is assigned Friday afternoon and receives the link, they can schedule a call as soon as Monday, not giving us enough time to review and have the internal handoff.

Allowing customers to add comments while rescheduling meetings, so they can let the assignee know about the reason, without sending a separate email.

Expand Options for Availability Increments
We use Instant Booker to allow clients to book windows of 2 hours, and use different Meeting Types to define when they can book, typically between 8am and 4pm. We want to restrict the start times of these 2 hour events to only be multiples of 2: there is an available slot at 8, and then at 10, and then at 12, etc. We do not want a client to be able to book a 2 hour window that spans 9-11, for example. AMP email functionality for a router

Masked Email
When sending meeting invites, it would be nice if Chili Piper could mask my email or have a no reply option, OR if you could attach Chili Piper to a CRM like salesforce so that you could invite and any replies you get would go to the case that you sent the invite from.

Reminders copy dynamic conference details from meeting type
Setting to automatically include the matching dynamic conference details tag (if existing) from the corresponding Meeting Type description to the associated Reminders to reduce room for error and manual steps needed to include proper meeting conference details!

allow booker to connect and overlay their calendar
When prospect enters Public Booking Link or Personal Booking Link, they will see availability of the assignee + have the option to see prospect's availability as well, if prospect has CP Chrome Extension. This way prospect can not book a meeting by mistake for the time they are busy.I'm not sure if this is possible but I got it from customer who claims Calendly has it.

Text Alerts for more than just the booker.
When sending out emails we have the options to choose who can get alerts/notifications between the booker and the host. We would like the exact same options for text alerts. In most cases the booker is not the host so when the booker gets a text they would have to relay that to the meeting host which would take extra time and resources.

Booker timezone to reflect in invite
We would like the booker's timezone to be reflected in the Google cal invite, NOT the host's timezone. At the very least, can we get dynamic variables to use that reflect the booker's timezone and the booking time in that timezone?

Availability Polling
Our Planhat CSM ( and a customer of ours) just asked about functionality similar to Doodle, in which the guests can select their availability and the booker can see which time fits best for all guests to schedule. At the moment the booker would have to cross-reference their team's availability and the suggested times/booker's calendar availability. We also don't solve for the use-case of coordinating a group of people from various companies.

Be able to use meeting buffers without selecting time slots to include them
Currently, I would have to mark my availability from 1:50-2:40pm for a 30-minute meeting (to account for 10-minute buffers on either end of a 2-2:30pm slot). I should be able to have a buffer setting that accounts for the buffer, outside of listing my hours in order to include buffer times.In my prior calendars, I didn't book a 30-minute meeting, using a 50-minute slot duration. I booked a 30-minute meeting, using a 30-minute slot, and the calendar settings adjusted around that for buffers.

Dynamic Tag for All Form Fields (Visible) or All Form Fields (Required)
Right now, dynamic tag for AllFormFields includes all hidden fields for things like UTM and gclid capture. Looks very ugly on a meeting invite. Would be great to have an option for all visible form fields or all required form fields to eliminate these tracking fields from display.
